Sue Linton is a trained architect, event producer, and experienced DIY home renovator whose expertise has converged with her drive to shape real estate project management in New Orleans. In a city packed with dreams of giving historical homes facelifts, transforming structures still reeling from storm damage or overhauling houses, condos or apartments to fit a specific style, Sue’s management and problem-solving skills unite to implement for others what she needed in her own past projects.

If you are a new property owner, the excitement surrounding your new investment can be overshadowed by the anxiety of checking every box on the to-do list. Or maybe you love your current home, but are newly married, had a baby, started a new job or are now working from home. Your property should be an environment that suits your needs and lifestyle and bring happiness and enjoyment for years to come. Sue’s passion is the process of making happy homes for her clients.

 

Upon returning to New Orleans, Sue’s concept was born. She is the person who will conceive a work plan and set an agenda.  She can meet the electrician at 8am, monitor the gaslight installation, find the best pool contractor, troubleshoot the wifi, find the perfect ceiling fan, research fence designs and costs, find the matching vintage doorknob and hinges, manage the termite tenting process and price out perennials for a backyard garden. Sue is the personal project manager she needed when realizing her own real estate dreams and is now ready to oversee tasks A-to-Z for you and create a manageable, functional and peaceful process.  

Sue currently resides in Uptown New Orleans with her family

and is available on an hourly or project rate.
